converting '88 wing and tail lights to '89+ 3 piece

what has to be done to make the 89+ rear tail lights work? any harness cutting or just drop in?

how does the '88 antenna compare to the '89+ setup? will my 88 hole line up with an 89 wing?

can someone reference me to an install guide for the lights/wing? i tried searching but i couldnt find one.
